Scholarships

The Spanish Language Programme for UK Students at CEELE-accredited Schools is organized by Eduespaña and sponsored by the Consejería de Educación.

Benefits for accompanying teachers

Teachers accompanying groups of 12 students receive lodging and three meals per day, the right to participate in extracurricular activities organized for the students, and a certificate of participation from the school.

Teachers accompanying groups of 18 students receive the above-mentioned benefits, as well as the following sums of money to defray travel expenses:

Those funds will be paid to the teacher by the host school once the teacher arrives in Spain.

Scholarships for schools

For each group of 24 students that one school enrolls in 2008, Eduespaña and the participating schools will grant that school one full student scholarship for the following year. The scholarship will cover the cost of the Spanish language courses and all other services listed in this programme information. Travel to and from Spain is not included.
