Program costs
A nonrefundable deposit, of ₤ 45 for the February session and ₤ 75 for the July session, must be made with pre-enrollment and full programme cost paid upon submission of the final enrollment form.
Listed below are the program costs for each participating school. For details on special lodging requests (single room, student residence, extra nights, or transportation to or from the airport at other-than-established times), please consult the "Participating schools" section.

Cancellations and returns
A student in considered officially enrolled once payment is made in full. If the student chooses to cancel his or her enrollment, part of the programme cost will be returned, but in no case will the deposit be returned. Depending on the amount of advance notice the student gives when canceling, the following amounts will be refunded:
For courses taken in February 2008:
- Cancellation by February 1, 2008: 60% of the programme cost
- Cancellation between February 1-8, 2008: 30%of the programme cost
For courses taken in July 2008:
- Cancellation by July 3, 2008: 60% of the programme cost
- Cancellation between July 3-15, 2007: 30% of the programme cost
No refund will be made if cancellation occurs within three days of the start of the course, if the student quits the program once in Spain, or if the student is expelled.
Exchange rate
The programme cost has been set based on the following exchange rate euro-₤: 0.67. If at the time the student submits payment the sterling pound has increased in value by 10 percent or more relative to the euro, participating schools reserve the right to adjust their fees accordingly.
